Then by the time night comes, you're tired and it'll be just getting dark around 8pm. Sleep and it'll be 8am. If you end up sleeping again, ehh cut it close. The auto fueling you can disable in the cofig.cfg in this line: uset g_spec_trans_refill_tank "1" Change the "1" to "0" and save the document. I don´t know if that also disable the autorest. Euro Truck Simulator 2. Avoiding sleep fines while on a job. I was put off by massive traffic jams and unexpected AI braking to make it to my destination before the sleep timer ended. I managed to get to a city with rest places but none of them allowed me to rest there and there were no rest stops en route to my destination.
It's always been that way in ETS2. There must be a code block in the game engine somewhere that increments a variable everytime you sleep without driving in-between those sleeps and prevents the 'sleep mode' when that variable reaches a certain value. Once you get behind the wheel that value starts dropping until the 'sleep mode' is enabled again.

Download Sleep And Delivery Time mod for Euro Truck Simulator 2. Ver. 1.47 For ETS2!!! This sleep/drive mode is good if you like to drive over day and night you rest.
It drives me nuts that when I finish a delivery it immediately offers me new jobs but doesn't say anywhere if I'm awake enough to not be late on them. I have to exit the menu, check the fatigue indicator and then go back to the menu for the jobs. That's so stupid. Surely there must be a mod somewhere that adds the indicator (and better yet a timer) to the menu? That sounds like such an obvious.
